I called your office with several problems regarding the house I rent from your company. Previously at other properties, I have had problems getting necessary repairs completed. There have been times that these "ordeals" have lasted as long as several months, or worse, never corrected at all. My attitude regarding these issues was "less than friendly." After our discussion, you stated that you would call the owner and get back with me as soon as we hung up. I then thought to myself, "here we go again". I was very surprised when you called back several hours later, and told me the repairs would be completed the next day! I have been in a "corporate travel status" for the last twenty-six years and have dealt with far to many of these issues in the past, so needless to say, next day service was certainly a pleasant surprise. You took care of the problems, just as you said Jim. The bottom line is simple: You and your staff are both honest and professional. It seems to me that the world would be a better place if we all took your approach to customer satisfaction.
