Electronic Billing

Platinum Real Estate Management, Inc. also provides you with comprehensive computerized monthly statements that will allow you to track every transaction regarding your property. In addition, you will receive copies of all paid bills for that month. This reporting system of detailed monthly transactions, as well as year-to-date totals, makes tax preparation easy for you and your accountant.

Regular Personal Inspections

Thorough Tenant Screening

Screening potential tenants is critical for helping to maintain a property in good condition and maximizing owner’s income. We take great care in screening each applicant. With on-site connection to a credit bureau, we personally run a credit report, verify employment/income, past residence and a national criminal check for each applicant.
